Bad Service, Terrible communication

Received the order but one of the containers did not have a seal on it (clearly opened at some point). I emailed 3 times wanting to swap the opened one. Eventually received apologetic email saying staff member down and will post a replacement asap. 2 weeks later and another 3 emails and I have yet to receive anything nor any communication. Really disappointing, could have turned a small issue into a glowing referral. You lost me!!

By far the best bbq rub I've had in my life!! Excellent service! Express delivery! I have nothing negative to say about this product!! I tried the smokey coffee rub too, which was also very tasty. But my fave is the original! Thanks guys! Well done an such an amazing project! 😊
