Fiber Gourmet Light Pasta - Elbow

The taste and texture are simply great! I love my pasta, and this is a healthy way to feel better about what you consume.

Tastes like regular pasta!

Made this last night for my family. My husband is NOT trying to diet or watch what he eats. He doesn't like the "diet" meals I make for dinner now. However, I made this macaroni pasta with meat sauce last night (like a lower calorie version of the hamburger helper style dishes) and he says, "Oh! We're having a cheat night tonight!) He couldn't tell the difference. The mouth feel of this is right on and tastes great. It's a bit expensive, but it's worth it.

I live on this pasta. It is high fiber and half the calories of regular pasta. I throw a little in my soup, I use it instead of bread, so I will mix some in with my tuna, it is awesome. It tastes like regular macaroni.
