I didn’t realize how flat my shoes insoles were. And because of hip pain I searched the internet for some good insoles. These have turned out to be a great choice. They helped the way I stand and my ankles and feet don’t seem to feel as tired anymore. I feel like my body is more aligned.

Game Changer

These insoles made a significant difference with my plantar fasciitis. I had tried the cheaper heal cups and it was a little bit better, but getting the 3/4 insoles made me realize that the arch support is really key to getting some relief. I work in retail full-time and these insoles have stopped the pain that was starting to feel debilitating. My feet are still sore sometime, but it's more "normal" soreness. If plantar fasciitis is your problem, I recommend giving these a try before you get custom insoles.

Women's 3/4 Insoles

I love these inserts for my shoes. I've bought for two pairs shoes and love them. It gives me the extra arch support but doesn't crowd my toes.
