From the start of the conversation through the measurement process to delivery everything went smoothly. The lead time from start of manufacuring to delivery was reasonable and the unit actually arrived 2 weeks early. I absolutely love that this fireplace door system is made in the USA. (I'm so tired of poor quality Chinese junk) The built quality is top notch, powder coat finished is the perfect color and the doors look amazing. Installation was super simple. We love the whole experience. Thank you!
