I have ordered several scarves before and love them. I ordered one for a friend in South America as a gift to be sent directly to her. It took a very long time, so I contacted Ovcio to find out if there were any problems. Paul, VP of Customer Success, responded and followed up. Eventually, it was determined that the package was held up in Customs in Santiago. He offered me a refund or to have a new one shipped elsewhere. It was shipped to me to deliver to my friend in person. I sincerely appreciate Paul’s efforts to determine what the problem was and offer of very reasonable solutions. The manner in which he resolved it in such a pleasant and professional manner was the perfect example of excellent customer service. I will definitely continue to purchase from Ovcio and recommend their products to others.
