Good addition to AIP diet

This soup has been a staple in my AIP diet. It allows be to feel full and satisfied, it's portable and easy to make just by adding hot water. It is important that you keep stirring while drinking. The flavor is good, I got this a part of the sample pack, and then ordered this by itself because it has one of the better flavors and textures compared to the other offerings from Wild Zora
