Ground Coffee, Brain Octane C8® MCT Oil and Collagen Peptides

I look forward to my Bulletproof coffee every morning. I have energy to work out and run the kids to school, and the clarity and focus required to run my own business. Bulletproof truly is the brain fuel I need to jumpstart my day.

I wanted to try this mostly for the energy, and was very happy to find that it really worked!! I also ordered ghee so I am using that in my morning coffee as well. The coffee is also really smooth tasting, so I ordered more of that already!

This combination has definitely helped me stay true to my intermittent fasting routine (I am new to it). I have plenty of energy throughout the morning and I don't miss breakfast...hunger is not an issue for me. I also purchased the powdered coffee creamer and some of the pre-mixed cans of coffee for the mornings when I am on the run with work or travel.
