I love it. I have a nickel allergy so titanium and yellow gold are pretty much the best options for me. I really love the look of gold but it's very expensive.The gems are very sparkly. The threading is internal (barbell has a hole in the end) which is what I wanted because its supposed to be safer. I just wish there were more gold tone titanium options for me.
