BedInABox® Cooling Protector

This item is overpriced and doesn’t seem to be more than a gimmick. For me, these “cool to the touch” items never cool for more than a few minutes. Then they seem to hold more heat than there would have been without it. This item definitely doesn’t breathe as it states that it does and I was sweating terribly after laying on it for a few hours. It was a disappointment. And because bed in a box doesn’t accept returns on this item, I’m stuck with a very overpriced mattress protector. I ended up having to use it directly on the mattress and putting my 4 inch topper above that, then topping with a mattress protector that is ironically not a cooling protector and less than and half the price of this one to protect the topper and keep me cooler. So I guess my mattress is doubly protected now. But I’m sad for the waste of money. Especially in these times.

It was so easy to put on my bed and it feels great!
