I would say this reduces fatigue on longer rides, but doesn’t have the reduction you might find in a spring/air post. It doesn’t hide the bumps in an obvious way. I only noticed less fatigue on rides over 30 miles. Its probably not too dissimilar than a long carbon post.

It works great

Had to cut it to fit in my seat tube.
