Love this machine. We have it dialed into the perfect espresso grind for our Rocket Mozzafiato, with our favourite bean. No more measuring since the double shot is timed. Clear interface with great contrast and easy to adjust. We do pause the shot and spread the grinds once mid-shot, so they don’t overflow the basket.. but we knew that we’d have to do that from the various videos/reviews we watched. Overall, love the easy adjustability, consistent grind, and aesthetic.
