I am a student, I have to be taking exams on the computer sometimes for long periods of 4 hours, at the end of the exam my eyes were itching and I had a headache, I decided to use blue light glasses (no power), after taking a test of 4 hours I did not feel itchy eyes or headache, I recommend 100% the purchase of blue light glasses

These have helped a lot with tension headaches from working from home all day. They don't make the screen turn yellow, they're sturdy and they fit well. Liked them enough my husband got a pair too so that he could stop stealing mine.
