I always use the Graphtech string trees and typically use the black color trees for most of the Fender style builds. Just finished the Thinline style (2026) in the attached pics. From a aesthetic point of view the black screws from Graphtech are the correct size and much easer and a decent price to purchase them when I order the string trees direct from Graphtech
