Finally got it

Wanted this watch when it came out back in 2018 to wear to my wedding that year. Now that I got it I regret not getting it sooner! Larger diameter than I usually go for but it wears lovely. This is my first Oris and certainly won’t be my last. Teddy Baldassarre employee Wil was incredibly helpful, can’t wait to actually to the new store!

Watch is nice. Service isn’t.

I love the watch looks and can see it being my everyday one. The strap, however, I don’t know if it’s low quality or got a defective one since started peeling a couple of days after wearing. Problem is the service. It’s been non-existent. Contacted Teddy’s staff and I had to be pestering them to respond to my requests. Oris hasn’t been better. It really worries me when I have to contact them for servicing my watch. If with something seemingly trivial as a strap they don’t respond, I can’t imagine when it’s something more relevant. Quite disappointed to be honest. My third watch from Teddy and previously had positive experiences. I shouldn’t have to be chasing people around with my request.
