This is a really nice pair of boots! Fitting is spot on. Special call out to Laura who was very patient in identifying the right size for me. Just a little more support on the arch will be perfect or if the insoles are removable, I could insert my orthotics insoles. Love the material and the style of the boots. It’s just a very good looking pair of boots!

Great Customer Service

I must commend the customer service. I issues with my feet and the first pair of boots I bought did not work for me. I had used a gift card which I did not have anymore. This cause certain bookkeeping issues. At first I this I had lost the money completely. But no the great customer service worked it out and I purchased the Diplomat. I love the color and look of them. My feet are comfortable and I get compliments when I wear them. Thank you for the great service. I wanted Thursday Boots for ever. Loyal customer for life.
