Diplomat | Black

Once delivered, I inspected my Diplomat boots for aesthetics and symmetry, and found them to be immaculate and beautifully presented. They looked small, but I understood looks might be deceiving. Having read reviews, I ordered 1/2 size large than I normally wear, but I’m trying to put the first boot on, it was very clear that I should have ordered 1&1/2 size larger! I barely got 1 foot in, took it off, and went to initiate a return for a size larger, but there were none available, so a replacement was not an option. I appreciate the craftsmanship and appearance tremendously. Hopefully, this pair was mislabeled as a 10.5, but fit like a size 9. Otherwise, it may have been marked for a woman’s foot? I’ll keep checking availability of size 11s, but had to order another brand to accomplish the need.

Comfortable

Definitely go up half a size. I took the recommendation from another review and was glad I listened!! They are a stylish boot with comfort. It's my first pair so I can not honestly review how they held up yet.

I wanted a moc toe boot and found very few options in the market for women. Was very pleased to see that Thursday Boots now offered a version so bought these as well as a pair of Red Wings (based on men's sizing). The quality of the Diplomat is outstanding and comparable to the Red Wings for less money. When I first tried them on, they felt tight but after wearing them at work the next day for ten hours, I had zero issues with foot pain. Highly recommend.
