Excellent service ⭐️ Emailed with a clear photo to inform them that my towel that was purchased August last year 2023, was already fraying on one corner and is there anything they can do? It was a Christmas purchase so had not be used till after that so I was a bit shocked this had happened. Most impressed with a return email that day with apologies and informed a new one will be sent in the post that day. It certainly was and I actually received a few days later. Many thanks and so extremely happy with your service 5/5 ⭐️
