Dirty Dancing Frome

It looks great but the biggest problem was the vague customer service. Placed order on Dec 15. Didn’t need it for Christmas but thought it would easily get here for Jan 16. Showed up Jan 12 so almost a month. 2 times contacted what was going on and both times told order being processed and will arrive 2-6 days once shipped. If you are behind on orders just say it. Leaving the customer to guess when it might get there isn’t the best. Just give an estimate on order fulfillment at least instead of copying and pasting from your website about shipment times.

I received my Frome and it had a minor issue. I contacted Frome and not only was the issue taken under investigation, it was done so immediately. The customer service I received was the best I have ever seen. Thank you Frome!

Got it for my mom for Christmas and she loves it! Had a fun time guessing what it was until I finally told her, and then she saw it clear as day. Thank you!
