I have tried other eye patches, and this is the only one that’s comfortable for long term wear. It fits comfortably and securely around my paralyzed eye.

Seals well, uncomfortably tight

I purchased this because in my past I've noticed that placing my hand over my eye's orbit, without touching the eyelid, often relieves discomfort associated with my sclera lens. This was useful yesterday, after experimenting with sleeping with an eye ointment and tape, after using 20 ml of Sclerahfil saline solution to (mostly) clear the ointment the next day. However, the elastic strap is uncomfortably tight, and not adjustable.
