I have been using a Bialetti Mini Express - 1 cup for some time anx very pleased with result. I usually make two expresso and thought 2 cup would be more convenient bur found quality of coefffe produced quite inferior. I did do 3 practice runs aa suggested. How many times do you suggest i keep trying?
