Great 1st use

Has been a 5 so far. Bought the smaller unit because we have limited space on back porch. Was big enough for 2 Tri tip roasts and a small spiral ham for XMas. Worked awesomely!

We purchased the 450A Pro for our son in law's birthday. The sale included the thermal blanket and thermometer however when the shipment arrived we were missing the thermometer. One call to customer service resolved the issue with another thermometer shipped and arrived the day of the birthday! Well done & thank you!

Very Pleased

I am new to the Pellet grill grilling technique. The grill was very easy to assemble. Cooking on the grill is different compared to the charcoal grills. I am really enjoying it so far. I like some of the features right away and i know i will find even more great feature with more experience on this grill. I find tones of information online toimprove my grilling skills.
