Feta & Goat Cheese Kit

I was successful on the first try, making raw milk feta and chevre. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. Wonderful!

Pretty easy to make and looks good, haven’t tasted it yet. Could have done with more instructions on what the cheese stirring was, also where to drain the cheese and dry it..in the fridge or not?

So easy to make and delicious! It takestime however the end result was perfect! Instructions are easy to follow as well.
