As I purged our closets to make a 3000 mile move, I realized that some items in my closet that my daughters had outgrown and I wouldn’t use anymore would just be left for the landfill by any donation center. I’m so glad I found Retold to send these items of clothing. I don’t think I sent all 10, but I have them for the next closet purge!

I'm trying your service for the first time. Unfortunately my local area isn't up to date on textile recycling so I'm glad to have the chance to ship my stuff to someone who will take care of it. The cost is reasonable and I'm satisfied with what the website info says about your recycling process. I just have one negative: your bags need to be of better quality. I had sides splitting on me, and they don't seal all that securely; I ended up having to load them up with shipping tape, which I know doesn't work with what you're trying to accomplish. Of course you don't want to have excessively costly bags, but they do need to be able to get the job done without a hassle. Otherwise keep up the good work.
