I'm trying your service for the first time. Unfortunately my local area isn't up to date on textile recycling so I'm glad to have the chance to ship my stuff to someone who will take care of it. The cost is reasonable and I'm satisfied with what the website info says about your recycling process. I just have one negative: your bags need to be of better quality. I had sides splitting on me, and they don't seal all that securely; I ended up having to load them up with shipping tape, which I know doesn't work with what you're trying to accomplish. Of course you don't want to have excessively costly bags, but they do need to be able to get the job done without a hassle. Otherwise keep up the good work.

Did not take long to receive bags. Unfortunately my mail people declined to pick up my bags but I delivered them to the post office and it was fine.

Great Eco-Friendly Option!

I love knowing that my clothing that is not good enough to donate is being repurposed and staying out of the landfill. The process is so easy with the prepaid shipping labels. Thank you for making this service available and for making it so easy!
