Was instructed to order 1/2 a size larger per your website and the shoes are too large and we are unable to return. Not happy.

I needed last minute shoes for my engagement photos and I paid for rush shipping but unfortunately it ended up that it wasn’t going to be enough. I reached out to customer service and let them know my issue and they so generously overnighted the pairs of shoes so that they would make it in time for my engagement photos and provided me a free return label to ship back the other ones that arrived a few days later. That type of kindness will make me a repeat customer! And to make things even better, the shoes were beautiful and comfortable!

Super cute and comfy shoes, they match my dress perfectly and won't add any height to me (my fiance and I are the same height of course!). The tie strap is comfortable but it's so sweet they added the regular straps as well in case I change my mind. I am usually a 9.5 so was worried about ordering a 9 but they fit like a glove!
