Herbs are where the difference between biodynamic and organic methods can be most easily experienced. When it's done properly, biodynamic processes are far ahead of organic methods for all parameters. Here the clarity, depth and sheer deliciousness of the Provence blend really shines. We have used blends from other companies, and though it's a cliched expression, it really applies here - there is no comparison.
