Tear Drop CBN Hone

I haven't used this on my turning gouge yet but did use it on my planer knives. I placed the knives in my wooden vice and slid the CBN hone parallel across the back of the knife. Removed the "wire" that curles over the knife edge over time. Worked perfectly.

Excellent for honing cutters. Recently ground a pair of custom shaper cutters with a concave edge, this hone completed the sharpening process successfully.

Great for its use

This is the second one I have bought. My sister turns wood and was so enthralled with mine, I gave it to her and bought another for myself.
