Wimpy Magnets

I researched Caudabe and read that they had good magnetics on their cases. I purchased one expecting that it would have this feature. The case I got hardly sticks to my car mount and falls off at the first bump in the road. I don't even make it out of my driveway. I put in a self-service ticket and have heard nothing since except a plea to not put in two tickets. I am disappointed to say the least. . .
