Can’t believe the difference these make.

I bought knee straps at the recommendation of my trainer and had seen several lifters at comps using Iron Tanks gear. I bought the mid-strength straps and wow! I did a few warm up squats then loaded up the bar a bit and strapped my knees and it was easier than the warm ups. Straight out of the gate I’m adding 20kg to my squats. They have a good leave of stretch and you can really feel the support they provide when pushing up from the bottom of a squat.
