These wraps are fairly stiff, as expected with the iron clad series, however I prefer them over traditional knee sleeves as you can vary the tightness of your wrap. They provide incredible support while maintaining awesome flexibility without compromising the natural movement of the squat. Extremely happy and highly recommend these if you want a sturdy product.
