this silk is pretty thick and not as easy to get between teeth than my Glide...so if you teeth are super close together it may not work for you. Otherwise, now that I'm more used to the feel, I love it and think it's doing a great job on my gums and teeth. PLUS now I don't feel guilty! great product and exactly what we need more of to help our planet, and our teeth!
