Product quit working after 9 months. Texted support and never got a response. Decided to email support and they suggested I power cycle it, which requires taking part of it apart. It started working partially again, but buttons were broken and it needed a part to fix the issue. I spent an hour trying to get access to the part to replace it only to find out that they sent the wrong part. Contacted customer service again and they said they needed serial information from me that required removing the hood entirely. 2 weeks later and the hood is still broken and . Very poor customer service experience. Don’t waste your time with this company, order from somewhere reputable that stands by their products. Also note that they changed their warranty last year to limit their responsibility to $200.

Nice - effective. A hinge on the washable filters, to prevent falls, would be a good improvement.
