Lovely heavy solid brass door knocker. Machining of the thread to hold the fixing on the knocker was not right (or wrong size fixing supplied) as it was roo small for the supplied bolt. Top of knocker doesn't sit completely flush with door - easily fixed with a bit of silicone before decorating.

Looks great but haven’t fitted yet as more complicated than I thought. Company suggest I employ a carpenter and don’t have any instructions to assist. Not great service.
