WONDERFUL SERVICE…

we are very pleased with our fireplace from Modern Flames. The technician was very helpful choosing the correct fireplace and helped with the order. It arrived quickly. The installation instructions were a bit sparse and some screws were extremely difficult to get to (one was stripped) and we had to build a platform to make it fit correctly but as my husband is a contractor we were able to install. If you are not as fortunate, you may need to call Modern flames for help with installation...
