Customer service was unprofessional. Product page had different return policy than returns page so they made me exchange. Took over 2 mons to receive new order after they told me my address was not showing up in their system (even after the original order was delivered). Required me to follow up several times (just under 10) to receive updates and confirmation of reshipment
