Exceptional customer service

This review is more about customer service than it is about my product (because it's still in transit). I had ordered a dash mount from ICS assuming that it would arrive with plenty of time (I'm going to be traveling). As it tuned out, there was a bit of a backlog of orders, and so shipping was delayed. After reaching out to the team, they grabbed my items, boxed them up immediately, and one of the guys at the shop personally dropped my order off for next-day air to make sure that it would arrive before I left for a trip. I wasn't up-charged, or told to deal with it - just great problem solving to help me get what I needed. This is one of those exceptional customer service experiences that will make me a customer for life. Thanks so much for taking care of me, ICS!
