Terrible customer service

I only received four of the 14 sausages packs that I ordered, and the ice packs were completely melted and the meat was hot. The other 10 never even arrived. I emailed you guys to ask for a refund and I never heard back from you. It was a terrible experience and I'm not planning to ever order from you guys again unless I can get this resolved.

Outstanding Bangers

Delicious! I've had the real bangers in Ireland and yours were spot on. I made Dublin Coddle and it was outstanding with your sausage.

Savory Sausages

Tried to shop locally, southern Indiana area, for bangers. Couldn't find any. Was very pleased finding them online with Meat Crafters. They are delicious.
