AVOID THIS MERCHANT. Received a brand new rear wheel assembly with a structurally warped metal wheel hub, making the scooter unsafe and completely unrideable. I sent clear email video proof over a week ago, left voicemails and filed a shop app dispute. The merchant has completely ghosted me. Zero customer service for dangerous, defective parts.
