We started experiencing a heat wave right after I placed my order and I was worried how shipping would go (bad timing on my part). I voiced my concerns in an email and was met with an encouraging reply. The Rattlesnake Plant did amazing on his travels and arrived to me in fantastic condition despite the above 100 F weather. I've had him for a couple weeks now and he's already having new growth! Thank you again, you guys are awesome!
