Love the design, well worth the wait.

I think overall these nails are really cute and I do like them a lot. However I will never do business with this company again. I already explained why I am upset with the “complex scenery upgrade” in that review so I won’t talk about that here. I ordered these nails November 5, 2022. It is March 12, 2024 and they arrived this morning. Over 16 months, even for a custom product, is absolutely outrageous especially when you consider that once it hit about 6 months after I ordered and I had no information on when I would receive these nails I started messaging and messaging and messaging with no responses until January 2024. I only received an answer AFTER i started a dispute with my bank to get a refund because I truly thought I was never going to receive these. I was offered a free basic set which was nice, but when you make minimum wage and save up for as long as I did to be able to splurge and buy something nice for yourself it is incredibly frustrating to wait this long.

I usually have a great experience with pamper nail gallery but the last 2 orders have not gone well. This order was placed 12/15/2023 for an event 3/1/2024 and I was told it should be no issue but it did not make it in time. I had made a few attempts a couple of weeks before the event to see if they would make it but am still waiting for a response to this day. The only requested effect which was acknowledged by the person taking the order was not done (requested glow for a character and it does not appear to have been done). I am still waiting for any sort of follow-up regarding an order placed 8/26/2023. I have orders that I absolutely love from pamper nail gallery and have had great experiences working with their team but the last couple experiences have completely turned me away.
