High Internal Friction

I found this material has high internal friction. I upgraded my cable housing to a nylon lined, stainless steel wrapped, vinyl covered throttle cable from: Motion Pro Control Wire Outer Housing - 6mm 01-0105 instead. Rudder works as if the whole system is on ball bearings.
