My order arrived in great condition. However the sandal sole is hard and the straps are stiff. The toe strap hurts and so far is uncomfortable. I’m disappointed because I have wanted this particular Birkenstock for a long time. Not sure it will break in and get more comfortable. The actual fit seems ok.

One shoe seems to fit different than the other… both fit different than the ‘Birk’ faux leather which I figured it would, but like both have a weird amount of room behind my heel and are super close up at my toes and the faux ones didn’t fit like that and they are the same size and style. And I’ve given them time to break in. I actually would recommend the faux Birk material over the leather ones sadly.
