I paid more to ship these shoes in 48 hours to my granddaughter than what the actual shoes cost. They arrived past the 48 hour window. When I reached out to customer service via email they responded that they cannot be responsible for items on a delivery truck that arrive late. I ordered on a Monday evening which evidently doesn't count til the next business day. Maybe your website should say that, then I would not have pain to expedite Therefore, next time I will order from somewhere else.
