Ordered in plenty of time to get my item before leaving on a trip. Reached out once about where my order was, and was ignored. Reached out a second time and finally got someone to respond. Said my item was ‘found’ and finally shipped out..and I didn’t receive in time for my trip. Wish they would actually respond to my inquiries because I would have just cancelled if I knew they weren’t going to get it to me.

love these gloves, kept me warm all day long at low temps, my partner wants their own now bc theyre so warm. love the look and feel of the leather. also the gauntlets are a huge win
