Smokey Quartz Tunnels by Diablo Organics

The tunnels are too small and fall out, no refund was given.

I ordered "Smoky quartz ear tunnels by Diablo Organics" They are advertised as double flare but the back flare is smaller, too small in fact and they constantly fall out, this is poor craftsmanship and I had no way of knowing they were too small until wearing them. What is worse is the staff refuse to exchange or refund the purchase because they were opened. Very bad customer service that does not take accountability of poor craftsmanship of their products, I would avoid this company.

I ordered a pair of the Smokey quartz tunnels, but a pair of Smokey quartz plugs were delivered. I did not do an exchange because the plastic bags were opened, due to them being a gift.
