An Unusual fragrance

I have nothing but great reviews for Fragrances Line. The sample was shipped quickly and exactly as listed. I've bought a few more fragrances from this site since this first purchase. It's a great way to sample an otherwise very expensive cologne. As far as Rochas Macassar goes, I was a little disappointed. Considering the fantastic reviews online, and the high price being asked by vendors, I was expecting something earth shattering. The reality is Macassar is an intricate fragrance. It starts out with an explosion of scents which seem to be in battle with each other. Then it starts to mellow into something which reminds me of Tom Ford's Noir Anthracite, dark and mysterious. It finally mellows into something which reminds me of Habit Rouge. Not something I would normally wear.
