Recently I purchased southern pecan coffee beans and I mistakenly purchased breakfast blend. I emailed to have beans ground for my coffee maker when I reviewed my order it was then I realized the error I had made and called to rectify the error. The rep who answered the phone was very polite and understanding and assured me that they would correct and ship my order immediately. In two days I received the correct order. I am considered a coffee snob to many people. I bought the Breakfast Blend and I’m happy to say it exceeded my expectations. I will be ordering more. My only complaint is you need a store in Gulf Shores so I could just stop in and make my purchase. :-)
