It is it's a earthy flavor but not bitter in any way very easy to put into I've been using it instead of coffee so I like it I mix it with some lion's mane and some brahmi and it helps me have focus and stay awake Plus it's packed with nutrients so it's only been like less than a week since I've been using it but I was definitely been helping with focus and then it doesn't give me any jitters like coffee
