Crystal Shrimp Combo Pack (10 Shrimp)

Nice shrimp but it's complicated.

NIce shrimp but one DOA two more gone just a few days later. I contacted them about the one DOA plus some other shrimp that died enroute with pics and I was rebuffed because I didn't use their DOA form and I didn't send pics of the dead shrimp while in the bag. Which was unfortunate since I didn't see the DOAs until I removed them out of the bag. Also, their DOA form is not very apparent on their website so I had no idea they even had a form. I suggested to them that they put a one pager in the order describing their policy for clarity sake. The story continues, after another sending another email I was told to to go ahead and submit the form and pics I had that it should be fine and I asked for store credit. I'm still waiting to hear the outcome. I've done business with SB before, I really like their shrimp food line but this is the first time I've bought shrimp and other fish from them. Not sure what I'll do going forward.

All 20 shrimp made it cross country alive. I order fish and shrimp from them quite a bit, i have never had any doa's. Knock on wood
