I've been using the 3lb for euro nymphing small bugs for trout and I'm very impressed with small diameter, knot strength, and overall strength. This brown trout took me in the rocks and I managed to get him out.

Don't want the fish to see your line? You probably also won't be able to see it to tie a knot. I use this as a leader attached to 3lb braid. It works great, did notice increased bites compared to using straight braid.
